BEACON HILL PRIMARY-SCHOOL
We, as a school thrive to create a better and safe opportunity for your young ones to get the help they need and to be on top. The main purpose behind Beacon Hill is to provide "help" as intended in the word beacon, to make sure that young learners have the skills of language, reading, communication and more. We also provide quality and affordable education to the community as required by the Ministry of Primary education.
Special Educational Needs: We combine a one-form entry primary school and nursery with registered provisions for children with special educational needs. All children are treated the same no matter their background, race, gender or abilities and this makes Beacon Hill a unique school.
About Our Staff: We have highly qualified board members that review ideas and decisions. We also have professional teachers that make sure that students are provided with the education and care they need. We also have other professional staff members who ensure smooth running of the school.
Extra Curricular Activities: We encourage kids to do fun and special activities like a birthday celebration on campus. If a student has a birthday, we as a school make sure that they have the best and fun day as a birthday girl or birthday boy. We have other activities such as swimming, dance classes, art classes, birthday celebrations and school trips.
Covid 19 Rules and Regulations: If you or your child has any of the following symptoms please stay home and stay safe:
Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
The symptoms can easily be mistaken for other illnesses, including influenza, common cold and allergies, to name a few.
If you start experiencing symptoms while away from home or you are directed to visit a health care provider, take the following precautions:
Wear a facemask. This will help prevent droplets from coughs and sneezes from spreading through the air. If you don’t have a facemask, cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing. Try to cough or sneeze into a tissue or your arm rather than into your hands. If you use a tissue, throw it in the trash immediately.
Avoid public transportation.
Avoid groups of people, and if impossible, maintain at least six feet of distance between you and other people.
